1. Use of Services
  • Our platform allows users to create event invitations, manage guest lists, and share event-related content.
  • Guests can confirm attendance and upload images during the event by scanning a QR code.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
  • You agree to use our platform only for lawful events and not for spam, fraud, or any illegal activities.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
  • Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event details and guest lists.
  • Guests must ensure that any information they provide (e.g., attendance confirmation) is accurate.
  • Users are responsible for securing their account credentials and agree not to share login details with others.
3. Image Uploads & Content Usage
  • Guests may upload images during the event using a QR code.
  • Event organizers have access to all uploaded images within their event gallery.
  • By uploading images, you confirm that you own or have the right to share the content.
  • We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content but reserve the right to remove any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material.

4. Payment & Refund Policy
  • Full Payment Required Before Proceeding: All payments must be made in full before we start working on your event invitation.
  • No Refunds: Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable, even if the event is canceled or the user decides not to proceed.
  • Event Date Changes: If the event is postponed or the date is changed for any reason, we will update the event date at no additional cost. However, the template design, structure, and information will remain the same without modification.
  • Additional Changes: Any extra modifications beyond the date change (e.g., design adjustments, new content, or layout changes) will be subject to additional charges.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
  • We collect and store user data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Event-related data (RSVP lists, images, etc.) is stored for 1 months after the event date, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.
  • Users must not misuse personal data obtained from the platform (e.g., sharing guest lists without permission).
6. Event Organizers’ Responsibilities
  • Organizers are responsible for obtaining consent from their guests to collect and process personal data.
  • Organizers must ensure that their event details comply with applicable laws and do not mislead guests.
  • We are not liable for any disputes or claims arising between event organizers and guests.
7. Platform Availability & Limitations
  • We strive to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, such as QR code failures or image upload errors, beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our platform.
  • We are not responsible for any issues related to guest RSVPs, incorrect event details, or deleted/missing images.
  • Users assume all risks associated with sharing event information and uploading images.
9. Termination of Use
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse our platform.

10. Changes to Terms
  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
  • Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms
